![]() HitBox did a wonderful job with this game, and it was speedrun at AGDQ/SGDQ a few times. There is also Community-Made daily levels, and an incredible amount of fan-made levels and content. ![]() It doesn't seem fast at first, but when you get the advanced movement down, your 30 seconds times can quickly become 8 second times :-) ![]() There are plenty of good music to play along with, and the game physics make it quite unique.ĭustforce DX - a fantastic little precision platformer, with interesting and deep movement and physics. but when you get on to a good audio track. Like Celeste, SMB has fantastic music (the ORIGINAL music - the abortion that is currently on the Switch eShop has NONE of the original music, making it virtually unplayable). I think I kept playing SMB until I got 100+% completion. I found SMB a lot of fun and very challenging. I played both Super Meat Boy and N++ before coming to Celeste. It's surprising how fast you can move in that game, especially if you chain your wall jumps properly. N++ is really cool, though I've only recently started playing it, so I have no clue what the second half of the game is like. It's a great game, but due to how visually stunning it looks, it might not work if you have a potato PC. Amazing visual details, simple yet charming story, lots of gimmicks and areas to play with. Ori and the Blind Forest is an exquisite game. I've also found myself getting lost a few times, so I had to rely on walkthroughs. Timespinner is a pretty good metroidvania, very similar to Symphony of the Night, though the focus is more on combat than platforming, so be wary of that. You get sent to the last save point you touched. The only drawback is that when you die, there's no instant recovery. It's a lot like ninja gaiden with most of the bullshit parts taken out of it. The Messenger is a great choice if you haven't played that yet.
